Preserved KALAMPE seeds to eat
How to make PAKATIKNG:
1 Prepare Kalampe fruit (Typical of Borneo);
2 Boil the Kalampe fruit;
3 Kalampe decoction with salt to taste;
4 Within 2 weeks, it be able to eat.
5 Cook it by mashed potato leaves.
Note: It smells really bad, but it tasted delicious.
1. Buah Kalampe ( in Borneo )
2. Kalampe rebus
3. Garam - campuran kalampe rebus
4. Daun ubi masak pakatikng
Cara membuat PAKATIKNG:
1. Siapkan buah kalampe ( Khas Borneo );
2. Rebus buah kalampe;
3. Rebusan kalampe diberi garam secukupnya;
4. Dalam waktu 2 minggu sudah bisadimakan.
5. Masak dengan daun ubi tumbuk.
Catatan: Baunya sangat tidak enak, namun rasanya sedap.
